I have created these 6-Week Transformation Challenges to be effective, challenging, fun and exciting! I am giving you all the tools to succeed with both workouts and hands on nutrition. With a Bachelor Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, I specialize in making health & fitness goals achievable through nutrition and delicious healthy eating.
