All group workouts are 45-50 minutes long and are full body exercises designed for fat loss and gaining muscle.

Tuesday & Thursday's 6:15am

With a Bachelor Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, I specialize in making health & fitness goals achievable through nutrition and delicious healthy eating.
