How did you feel on the big day while wearing your wedding dress after all those months of hard work?

-I felt amazing and so proud of myself for all that hard work and wouldn't have been able to do it without Siera. My wedding dress was strapless so I wanted to make sure my arms and back looked nice and toned which they did! 


What were your main body and fitness goals for your wedding?

-First and foremost I wanted to get into a fitness routine and learn what types of workouts were best for me. Having toned arms and back was the main thing I wanted for the wedding due to my dress being strapless, but I also got so much more than that by training with Siera. My upper body strength overall improved a lot as well as my lower body. I felt so good about myself on the inside as well as the outside!
