Female Group Personal Training
Group Personal Training is a great way to get back in-shape with the motivation of like minded individuals. This is an affordable way to reach your goals and to have fun while working out.
How does Group Training work?
We will meet 1-2 times per week to do a full body workout. During the workouts we will do a variety of weight, body conditioning, and circuit workouts. If you have never worked out or are advanced each workout will be modified to help push you to your personal needs.
What's included:
Group training is very similar to one-on-one training. You will receive a 30-Day Nutrition plan and homework workouts to do outside of the sessions.
When are the workouts?
Tuesday 6:00pm-6:45pm
Thursday's 6:00pm-6:45pm
Saturday's 9:30am-10:20am
