Siera Capesius-

I have designed all of my fitness programs to be effective, challenging, fun and exciting! I am giving you all the tools to succeed with both workouts and hands on nutrition. With a Bachelor Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, I specialize in making health & fitness goals achievable through nutrition and delicious healthy eating. Join me in making the first leap to a better YOU!

Each workout is designed specifically for you if you want to workout at home or in the gym. If you want to lose weight or gain muscle in the program, the workouts will be designed to help you reach your personal goal.

Nutrition is key to achieving your goals. You will receive a custom nutrition plan that includes your macros, recipes, grocery list, and how to exchange foods never getting bored eating the same thing.

I will be here to guide you along the way via email and check-ins. You will never be alone if you have questions or concerns.

Progress Pics

Every 3 week you will be reminded to take progress photos to help me see how your body is responding to the program and if any adjustments need to be made. 

Supplement Advice

Don't fall for a multi level marketing scheme. Siera will give you the honest truth about supplements and what is a good post workout recovery meal and/or shake.

How does online training work?

What are your fitness goals?

The first thing I need from you is you to email me at contact@sierafit.com your fitness goals and what workouts/nutrition you have currently been doing. After I receive your initial email I will send you a questionnaire to fill out that will help me go into details to creating a program that best fits your needs. 

I get to work on your program

After we have spoken I will know everything necessary to make sure I can create a program that will help you succeed. After I finish the program I will email you all of the information needed to make sure you have all the tools needed to get started.
