I designed this program because I saw how many people need guidance on how to eat healthier. A large majority of the clients I work with are busy with work, kids, and life, that they struggle with being able to make meals in a timely manner. I no longer want people to feel like they cannot eat healthy or prepare meals because they do not have the time. This meal plan is quick to prepare the foods and the recipes are super simple with hardly any ingredients.
